In-Person Recovery Care

It’s normal to worry about managing the first night. Cosmetic surgery can feel risky, and uncertainty about recovery is natural.

Many people fear complications, pain management, or that the procedure won’t give them the results they hope for. Fears might even have you feeling unsure about your decision.

The good news? Preparation is key to minimizing risks and maximizing results. You can choose focused, one-on-one support in your home or hotel after surgery and have a coach “on call” throughout the process.

I help with:

  • Mobility assistance

  • Medication organization

  • Dressing and drain care

  • Running errands

  • Communication support with your clinical team

  • Continued communication in the weeks following

Most plastic surgeons in Ontario require you to have an adult with you for at least 24 hours after surgery as a safety precaution.

In-person coaching means you can rest, recharge, and recover with confidential care, whether you're at home, in a hotel, or just want experienced support beside you. It’s an investment in yourself that can make the whole experience feel a lot smoother.
